Traffic on Okmulgee Avenue passes Muskogee city worker Tim Doerner as he puts up a banner Monday afternoon. The city is putting up approximately 100 banners along Okmulgee Avenue, Broadway and along Honor Heights Drive to promote Muskogee’s Azalea Festival. The banners will be up through April. Area artists painted the banners, which feature spring themes.
