Whitney Gould, a certified occupational therapy assistant at Ramsey Therapy Group, helps 4-year-old Payton Sherwood jump into a box of soft balls as part of her treatment. Sherwood, the daughter of Chris and Jodi Sherwood, is autistic and they’ve brought Payton to Ramsey Therapy Group for treatment that “focuses on play skills, learning strategies, self-care skills and helps manage sensory systems.”
