McBride’s grandson Brett Doty and Bumgarner’s grandson Dakota Joe Lane were murdered. People attending the ceremony heard from Muskogee County Sheriff Rob Frazier and District Attorney Orville Loge. The ceremony concluded with the release of red and white balloons.
