Wagoner Mayor A.J. Jones steps down from the caboose at the Wagoner Depot Friday after the city council voted unanimously to accept a bid to move the depot from its current location at U.S. 69 and Whitehorn Cove Road to the old Merrill property at Cherokee and Smith streets.
