Miguel Orosco uses a nail gun to install shingles while Jorge Castillo prepares to hand him another one at Melvin Baker’s house in Wagoner. Baker is blind and a 100 percent disabled veteran. Orosco and Castillo work for Exterior Solutions, which is owned by veteran Craig Wilson, who offered to provide the roofing for free.
