Dena Zapata of Wainwright was among a group rallying against budget inaction on the part of the Oklahoma Legislature that likely is going to result in cuts to multiple social services programs, including the adult ADvantage Waivers. The group protested along East Okmulgee Avenue at Spaulding Park beginning at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
