Jerry Love, center, stands and watches the Tuesday ceremony honoring the 27 veterans buried at Sandtown Cemetery, located northwest of Wagoner. Love maintains the grounds of the cemetery, is a U.S. Army veteran and was married at Sandtown Baptist Church. The church no longer exists, but maintaining the grounds and honoring the veterans is important to Love.
