Bobby Harris of the City of Wagoner Water Department checks on the lights to be sure they work on one of the Christmas trees that will be displayed on South Main Street downtown. A new 20-foot tree of lights will be the focus of the display. That tree contains 3,672 red, green, blue and white lights. The city of Wagoner will turn on the lights on Nov. 27 and operate them nightly until after Christmas.
