James Moore receives his graduation certificate from U.S. Rep. Markwayne Mullin on Friday afternoon. Moore completed the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training basic academy course. Monday he begins his “mini-academy” with the Muskogee Police Department. Moore is the son of Gayle and Jimmy Moore. Jimmy Moore was the city’s emergency management director when he died of cancer in April.
