Fort Gibson’s Shelby Phillips tees off on hole number 9 at Lake Hefner South Golf Course in the final round of the girls 4A state tournament in Oklahoma City. Phillips carded a 79 Thursday to give her a two-round total of 156 and place second behind Plainview’s Katie Finley.
