Billy Butler prepares to apply a coat of automotive body sealant on a 7-foot-tall fiberglass guitar painted by Muskogee artist Ann Davis. The guitars are part of 20 additional art guitars scheduled to be put on permanent display around the city through a program of the Muskogee Area Arts Council.
