Zakary Francis, who is in his second year at West Point, talks to juniors and seniors at Oktaha High School on Monday about his experiences there. He will graduate with a bachelor’s in chemical engineering. Tuition costs around $400,000 but is free to those who graduate and serve a minimum of five years in the Army. Francis wants to be a tank commander or an officer in the infantry.
