ShIronbutterfly Ray and her husband, Oscar Dean Ray, share a laugh at Three Rivers Museum. Oscar was dressed as Bass Reeves, a former marshal in Muskogee, at the Muskogee County Historical Society. The couple will be the grand marshals in the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade on Monday.
