After a morning low of 2 degrees, temperatures rose to 31 egrees and brought a trickle of people outside Wednesday afternoon. Brenda Lee of Muskogee walks her bike beside East Side Boulevard. She said she got winded riding her bike in the chilly weather. Weather is expected to warm into the 60s this weekend, according to Muskogee’s AccuWeather website.
