Center director Eileen Van Kirk said it had been without heat for a couple of weeks but that heat had been restored to different parts of the center. Temperature controls at the center and other city buildings are regulated by a central computerized system, she said. City maintenance worker Mark Nilsson said Thursday’s repairs were for computer system wiring.
