Guy Lozier of Tulsa sets up his paintings Monday at the Veterans Creative Arts Competition in the Main Lobby of the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center. Lozier was one of a group of veterans who displayed their work with a chance to qualify for the national competition later this year. A U.S. Army veteran who served in Vietnam, Lozier said he’s been painting for eight years.
