Ciara Ballard displays her winning entry into the Muskogee Phoenix Christmas Coloring Contest. Ballard won a 6-foot-tall stocking full of goodies — which she’ll be sharing with her brother and sister, who also entered the contest (Tenasi Ballard, Ciara’s sister, won third place.)
