A front-end loader deposits concrete chunks in front of an optometrist’s new office Monday. Contractors were cutting a curb. Westbound traffic on Chandler Road was down to one lane west of York Street on Monday. Optometrist Dr. Karla Rice is moving her practice, Eyecare of Muskogee, from York Street to Chandler Road. She said the relocated practice will open by Jan. 31.
