A fire Thursday at Fair Haven Apartments was contained to one-half of one of the apartment buildings. Approximately 50 people were displaced by the fire. Two people were transported to Saint Francis Muskogee. Both were stable and had non-life threatening injuries, a Muskogee County Emergency Medical Service spokeswoman said.
