Tulsa’s Jose Jaramillo clears away dirt with a trackhoe while Javier Arena, also of Tulsa, assists as the men from Cook Construction of Fort Gibson start work for an ATM with American Bank of Oklahoma on the corner of West Broadway and North 33rd Street. Jaramillo said the work began Wednesday and he and his crew hope to pour the concrete Thursday.
