Bobby Johnson holds his grandson Jordan during a pause in the spraying of water at the Rotary Park splash pad on Tuesday. The elder Johnson said “I’m the papa” to Jordan, who turns 1 on Sunday. The Johnsons, along with Bobby’s wife Tammy, took advantage of the weather to enjoy the splash pad.
